(deep fried variety of cabbage – gatti bage)
Cabbage – ¼ kg (finely cabbage)
Onion- 2medium sized (finely chopped)
Besa n (gram flour) – 5 tbsp
Coriandar leaves – 1 bunch
Red chilly powder – 2tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Prepare a batter using gram flour, salt, chilli powder and chopped coriander leaves. Add shredded cabbage and onion to the masala. Do not add any water while making the batter. Roll small balls and deep fry oil till golden brown in colour
Note : this batter has to be used immediately. It does not have shelf life.
