CABBAGE KOSAMBARI 

(green salad)

Ingredients

Fresh Cabbage -1/4 kgcabbageksmbr
Grated coconut – ½ cup
Capsicum- 1
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Onion (optional)
Salt to taste

For seasoning

2 tbsp oil, ½ tbsp mustard seeds, 7-8 curry leaves Chop cabbage, capsicum and onion (optional) finely. Add grated coconut, salt, lemon juice, and mix it well. Season with mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Serves: 4 people
