Prawns Chilly

Ingredients

a) Onion - 2
b) Green Chilly - 4-5
c) Ginger - 2 Pieces 
d) Garlic - 6-8 Pod 
e) Soya Sauce - 2 Tbsp
f) Salt According to taste
g) Prawns
h) Oil - 2 tbsp

Method of Preparation

Clean the Prawns and cook them separately and keep aside. In Shallow pan, add oil, finely chopped onions, ginger, garlic and chilly pieces. Add the Prawns after frying to golden Yellow Colour the onion pieces. Then add salt and Soya Sauced fry properly.

Preparation Time: 25-30 Min
Serves: 5-6 Persons
