Cabbage Sanna Polo
(Cabbage Dosa) 
Ingredients
Rice 150grm (1/2paw)
Grated coconut 6 tbsp
Red chilies 7-8
Tamarind marble sized
Cabbage 1/4kg (chopped finely)
Onion 3 (chopped finely)
Soak rice in water for about half an hour. Grind a coarse masala using grated coconut, red chillies and tamarind. Add rice to this and grind coarsely. Pour the thick batter into vessel. Add the finely chopped cabbage and onions, along with salt. Mix properly. Heat tawa, 1/2 tbsp oil and spread the batter to make a small dosa (size of a Puri). Roast well on both sides.
Serve hot. Serves - 6 people.
