Alasande Upkari II
Ingredients:
Alasande - 1 bunch
Oil 3 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tbsp
Curry Leaves a few
Red Chilies - 5 6
Jaggery a small piece
Salt - as per taste
Method
Wash Alasande, chop into ½ ‘pieces pieces and keep aside. In a deep pan, heat oil. Add mustard seeds. When it splutters add red chilies pieces and curry leaves. Add jaggery, alasande pieces and salt. Sprinkle little water and let it fry on a low flame till is cooked properly
